Ariat is the Official Apparel Supplier of the United States Equestrian Federation (USEF), the national governing body for the Equestrian sport. Since 1917, the USEF has been the only national organization dedicated to promoting to equestrian sport, participation and competition regardless of breed or discipline. Ariat® National Adult Medal Program (ANAM)
ANAM is an equitation program designed for the amateur hunter. The classes are open to all adult amateur riders who are members of the USA Equestrian or CEF and offered at over 300 horse shows across the country. Class winners receive an Ariat medal and ribbon, upon completing a registration form. Ariat also submits press releases to the local newspapers to celebrate the champion at each show. Rygate tracks the points nationally and the top 30 riders, in the standings, are invited to the ANAM finals, which are held during the Capital Challenge Horse Show in Maryland. Horse Shows In The Sun (HITS)
Ariat is thrilled to be the Official Boot of HITS horse shows, which focuses primarily on producing hunter/jumper horse shows. Based in upstate New York in the village of Saugerties, HITS produced its first horse show circuit in Gainesville, Florida in 1982. Since that time, HITS has grown nationwide with world-class hunter-jumper circuits in California, Florida, Arizona, New York, and Virginia. For more information, visit www.hitsshows.com.
Winter Equestrian Festival (WEF)
The festival is a seven-week hunter/jumper and three-week dressage horse show offering more than $3 million in total prize money. It features up to eight rings simultaneously showcasing trained mounts and riders. Spectators also enjoy competition ranging from children's ponies to show jumpers. American Hunter Jumper Foundation (AHJF)
The American Hunter-Jumper Foundation, Inc. is a nationally recognized charitable organization (IRS 501(c) 3), based near Boston, Massachusetts. Founded in 1992, the AHJF’s chartered mission is to further the advancement of the equestrian sport of show hunters and jumpers by providing quality programs to benefit all participants within the sport. Ariat partners with John French and Louise Serio to support the Emergency Relief Fund of the AHJF. The fund assists people working in the horse industry in need of financial assistance during an illness or injury. Ariat also sponsors the Legacy Cup, which earns money for the AHJF.
