materials and workmanship. We firmly stand behind everything we produce.

If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact the
retailer where you originally purchased the product. Please make sure to have
your original receipt with you when returning a product. Please note that Ariat
does not accept returns directly from consumers; to ensure efficient and timely
resolution, do not mail any products to Ariat or contact Ariat
directly.
Upon inspection from our authorized retailer, you may be
offered a credit, a replacement or a repair option depending on the defect.
This policy does not apply to product that has been damaged by misuse,
accident, modification or unauthorized repair.
